Device Functions
Filtration: The integrated system combines pre-filtration and virus filtration devices in series, with a standard operating flow rate of 1.5 L/min.
Integrity Test: The system can perform automatic integrity testing on the virus filter capsule with one-button operation, determining pass/fail status.
CIP: The system can perform independent CIP cleaning on the fluid path, automatically determining the cleaning endpoint.
System Features
Easy-to-Use Operator Interface: The system is equipped with a Siemens industrial PC that boots automatically upon power-up. The touchscreen allows easy management and access to system control information. Operators can conveniently monitor flow rate, temperature, and pressure, view system status, warnings, and alarm indicators, and input commands via the control panel.
Warnings and Alarms: The system can run automatically at a set constant pump speed or constant pressure differential (ΔP). Alarm setpoints (High/Low and High-High/Low-Low) can be configured for the feed-to-retentate pressure differential (ΔP). Upon reaching a High/Low alarm, the system triggers a warning without stopping operation, allowing adjustment to bring the process back within control limits. Upon reaching a High-High/Low-Low alarm, the system automatically shuts down to prevent permanent damage, accompanied by an alarm. An emergency stop button is also provided for immediate system halt if necessary.
Process Monitoring via P&ID: A P&ID (Piping & Instrumentation Diagram) display monitors and shows all online parameters, including pump speed, feed flow rate, inlet pressure, outlet pressure, feed temperature, pressure differential (ΔP), and conductivity, facilitating real-time process monitoring. Parameter trend graphs provide quick visualization of key parameter changes during operation, offering strong data support for process development.
Automatic Data Logging and Export: The system automatically logs all operational parameters (inlet pressure, outlet pressure, ΔP, pump speed, temperature) along with alarm and event history, all time-stamped for easy traceability and analysis. Logged data can be saved as SQL database files on a computer and used to directly generate batch report files.
Linear Scalability & Production-Condition Simulation: The system uses components standard in industrial production, such as diaphragm pumps and 316L stainless steel fluid paths. This design allows simulation of production conditions in the lab, ensuring smooth process scale-up. For small-scale production, an optional data logger compliant with CFR 21 Part 11 standards is available.

易于使用的操作界面
除病毒过滤系统配置西门子工控机,当系统电源打开时自动启动。通过触摸屏,可以轻松管理和处理系统控制信息,例如可以方便地监控流速、温度和压力 ,以及查看系统状态、警告和报警的指示器,并通过控制面板输入命令。
警告和报警
除病毒过滤系统可在设定的恒定泵速、恒定压差 (△P) 下自动运行。对于进料、出料压差 (△P)的报警点 ,可进行四种设置 ( 高 / 低报警和超高 / 超低报警 )。当到达预设的高 / 低报警点 (Hi/Lo settings) 时,系统会发出警报并给予提示,但不中止系统运行。此时可改变操作条件,使系统继续运行在可控的工作区域。当到达预设的超高 / 超低报警点 (HiHi/LoLo settings) 时系统会自动停机,并给予警报和提示,以免对系统造成永久损坏。该系统还设有紧急停车按钮,在必要时可立即中止系统运行。
P&ID 流程控制图可监控并显示所有的在线参数,包括泵速、进料流速、进料压力、出口压力、进料温度、压差 (△P)、电导,使您可以更轻松地实时监测工艺参数。您还可以通过参数趋势图,快速查看到关键工艺参数在运行时的变化情况,为工艺开发提供有力的数据支持。
自动数据记录和导出
除病毒过滤系统可自动记录所有操作参数(进料压力、 出料压力、压差(△P )、泵速、温度,包括警报和事件历史记录)均可由系统自动记录并加入时间标记,方便日后追溯和分析。自动记录的数据可以SQL数据库文件的形式保存至计算机, 并可直接生成批报告文件。
线性放大并模拟生产条件
除病毒过滤系统使用了常规用于工业生产的配件,如隔膜泵和316L不锈钢材质的液体管路。这种模拟生产条件的设计,使您可以在实验室模拟生产条件,从而保证工艺的顺利放大。如需进行小规模生产,可选配符合 CFR 21 part 11 标准的数据记录仪。
