Tank Body

Design Pressure: ≤0.3 MPa, Working Pressure: ≤0.15 MPa. Features an optimized flow guidance design. Internal and external surface polish with a precision of Ra ≤ 0.4 µm. The tank is equipped with: a manhole, sight glass, ports for pH, DO, and temperature electrodes. The tank lid includes a flame inoculation port and various process ports.

Agitation

Top-mounted mechanical agitation system with an aseptic sealing system. The agitation structure allows for easy disassembly and features an adjustable shaft with a mechanical seal assembly. Agitator Blades: Multi-configuration combined agitator blades, including a 1-stage high-efficiency comb-type defoaming blade (standard).

Air Inlet System

Air Inlet Method: Deep sparging from the tank bottom (optional ring sparger available). Air Sterilization Filtration: Equipped with a pre-filtration system (0.3 µm) and a sterilizing-grade filtration system (0.01 µm).

Piping System

Piping installation complies with microbial fermentation requirements, designed to be dead-leg free and prevent material residue. All wetted parts, including pipes and valves, utilize sanitary-grade diaphragm valves and polished inner surface pipes.

Rotation Speed

Variable-frequency drive (VFD) stepless speed regulation system, power-matched with the motor.
Digital setting of rotation speed value.
Actuator: Frequency converter.

Sterilization

Digital setting of sterilization temperature and time. Automatic control of sterilization temperature and cooling process.
Sterilization Temperature Range: 80°C-125°C.
Sterilization Process: Steam heats the jacket to pre-warm the tank. After reaching preheat temperature, direct steam injection into the tank (optional setting) can be selected to achieve sterilization temperature.
Automatic temperature control begins upon start of timer.
After sterilization time elapses, automatic cooling to the set fermentation temperature occurs.

Pressure

Digital setting of internal tank pressure, with linear regulation via 4-20mA signal.

Flow Rate (Optional)

Digital setting of inlet gas flow rate, automatically controlled by a proportional regulating valve.

Foam Control

Control Method: Manual/Automatic control.
